Spring Vaccination Clinics
Spring Vaccination Clinics – March 12, 2025
Blount County Schools will host our annual Spring Vaccination Clinics on March 12, 2025, in partnership with Health Heroes from Union Springs, Alabama.
Key Information:
- Vaccines are free of charge for parents. Health Heroes will bill the insurance provider if a student has Medicaid, All Kids, or Private Insurance. There is no charge for students who are uninsured.
- Elementary school students will receive consent forms from their school nurses.
- High school students interested in receiving a vaccine can pick up a consent form from the main office or school nurse.
A signed consent form is required for participation.
